With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Marsha brings a dynamic and people-centered approach to her role as Chief Operating Officer at One Agents Alliance. She oversees daily operations, coaching and development for our member agencies, focusing on profitability, strategic growth, carrier relationships, and intentional business practices.
Marsha's insurance career spans a wide range of roles—including Producer, Team Leader, Training and Education Coordinator, Account Manager, and Operations Manager—giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the strategic and operational sides of independent agencies.
Insurance runs deep in Marsha’s roots. Raised by a father who founded his own independent agency, she initially pursued a diverse career in journalism, public relations, staffing, marketing, and concert promotions before returning to the industry under her father’s mentorship. That journey shaped her passion for empowering agents and helping others succeed.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in Journalism, Marsha blends communication expertise with operational insight to drive agency growth. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that insurance is ultimately about people—not just policies.
She is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Insurance Agents Council for Technology, the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, Women in Insurance Global Network, IAOO, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Marsha is also deeply committed to community service. She volunteers and fundraises for the March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Project Secret Santa, Pine Pantry, SISU, and Backpacks for the Homeless.
She lives by the words of Cicero: “Not for us alone are we born; our country, our friends, have a share in us.” Another favorite quote: “If you argue for your limitations, you get to keep them.” Outside of work, Marsha is an avid traveler committed to an international trip each year, a live music enthusiast, and a proud dog mom to Bravo T. Happydog.
