Five Layers of Income

We stand apart from our competitors because we offer several more opportunities for profit than any other network of independent insurance agents. Our five layers of profit include top tier base commissions, profit-sharing opportunities, regional bonuses, SIAA exclusive PMSF bonuses and SIAA national profitability bonuses.

Earn More

Earn more through OAA’s five layers of profit. More than any other network, OAA provides revenue opportunities.

We provide top-tier base commissions, typically between 15 and 20 percent. Our members can choose profit sharing or fixed value-based commissions, with no required minimum premium levels.

Regional bonuses, often with no loss ratio requirement, are negotiated locally and are based on new or total WP, ranging from 5 to 10 percent.

Finally, SIAA provides exclusive PMSF bonuses and national profitability bonuses.

Earn Faster

SIAA’s exclusive PMSF bonuses are unique in the industry, as they often have no loss ratio requirement and are based on new or total WP, ranging from 1.5 to 3 percent. This allows you to earn faster than ever before.

SIAA’s exclusive national profitability bonuses range from .1 to 8 percent. When you combine these features with our commission structure and regional bonuses, our independent insurance agent members see faster income growth as soon as they join.

Every day, OAA helps independent insurance agents improve their agencies in order to see their dreams come true.

OAA’s five layers of profit provide a low-risk, well-established way for independent insurance agents to increase their income.

Without OAA, independent insurance agents find themselves all alone in terms of income. OAA provides a supportive framework for finding new clients and providing excellent services. While doing all of this, our members have access to our income-building commissions and bonuses.

OAA offers five layers of income: (1) top -tier base commissions, typically between 15 and 20 percent; (2) commissions that are based on either a fixed value or profit-sharing agreement with no required minimum levels; (3) OAA exclusive regional bonuses, often with no loss ration requirement, negotiated locally and based on new or total WP ranging from 5 to 10 percent; (4) SIAA exclusive PMSF bonuses, often with no loss ratio requirement, based on new or total WP ranging from 1.5 to 3 percent; and (5) SIAA exclusive national profitability bonuses ranging from 0 to 8 percent.
