Technology, AI & Coaching
The agency tech stack you'd spend two years building, running from day one.
Going independent used to mean becoming your own IT department on top of everything else. OAA, the network that has been doing this the longest, has already made these decisions for 170+ agencies.
What Members Run
The network chooses the tools so you don't have to.
Four things every new member gets on the first day, and every established member keeps getting as the tools change.
-
A working stack from day one
Rater, management system, and quoting workflows are already chosen, connected, and running for 170+ agencies. You inherit the decisions instead of making them alone at the worst possible moment. 1
-
A straight answer on which AI actually works
Most of what is marketed to agencies right now is a demo. OAA runs the evaluation so you get the short list that is production-ready for service, intake, and renewals, along with an honest list of what is not there yet. 1
-
More policies per seat
Automation and workflow work aimed at one number: how much your team can service without hiring. That is the constraint that decides whether growth is profitable or just busier. 1
-
Coaching from operators, on your calendar
Roughly 34 scheduled classes a year plus additional sessions, run by OAA and by SIAA, split by state and by line of business, plus a coach who has run the play you are about to run. 3

How It Works
OAA evaluates agency software and tells members what works.
Every quarter brings a new wave of software aimed at independent agencies, and most of it is sold to the owner rather than built for the service desk. OAA's technology track exists to absorb that noise on behalf of the membership: we run the evaluations, we sit with the vendors, we watch what survives contact with a real renewal cycle, and we tell members plainly what is ready and what is not.
Members get a short list rather than a software license, along with a configuration that already works with the rater and management system the network runs on and a coach who has installed it somewhere before.

See It Running
Ask what the network is running right now.
Thirty minutes on your current stack, what is slowing your service team down, and what members in your state have already switched to.
- Technology and AI support is delivered as working sessions, workflow consulting, tool evaluation, and coaching through OAA's agency technology track, not as software OAA licenses, resells, or warrants. Which tools fit a given agency is scoped in conversation, and what is production-ready changes quickly. ↩
- AgencyIQ (formerly Donna.AI) and The Intelligent Agent are technology partners available to OAA members through the SIAA network. OAA does not license, resell or warrant either product; availability and terms are set by the vendor and by SIAA. ↩
- Training volume reflects OAA's annual calendar: roughly 34 scheduled classes plus additional sessions each year, run by OAA and by SIAA and split by state and line of business. The published calendar is at /events and changes through the year. ↩
- Technology partners are vendors available to OAA members directly or through the SIAA network, per OAA's partner list as of September 2026. OAA does not license, resell or warrant their products; availability and terms are set by each vendor. ↩
