Who you gonna’ call if you need Tony Caldwell? Ashley! She’s kept Tony accessible to the internal team and members, since 2016, skillfully using her more than 15 years of experience as an executive assistant and her talents in organization and planning.
As with any top executive, keeping Tony on schedule can be a challenge, but Ashley helps him focus on using his unique abilities, “80% of the time,” she says. That’s all part of what she feels OAA stands for. “We believe in what we do and are passionate about helping each other and our members be successful.”
Ashley has a BA in Human Resources Management. Her minor was biology, which is probably why she loves to travel anywhere with a beach, with her pride-and-joy, her family.
